The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) has today announced the appointment of Debbie Francis as the new Managing Director of Direct Rail Services (DRS). She will take up her appointment in July this year joining DRS from her current position with Network Rail as London North Western Route Finance & Commercial Director.
Direct Rail Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) operating in support of both the nuclear industry and broader freight activity.
Debbie Francis appointment follows a rigorous selection process as John Clarke, the NDA's CEO explains:

Debbie was selected from a high calibre field of candidates, brings a wide range of experience, excellent knowledge of the rail industry and a successful record in leading rail operations. She is an ideal choice to lead the business forward in its existing role and develop new business opportunities to underpin the core nuclear business of the company."
Commenting on her appointment Debbie Francis said.
