Creating a safer future by managing radioactive waste effectively, to protect people and the environment.

Competitive Package

Radioactive Waste Management Limited (RWM) has been established to deliver a geological disposal facility (GDF) and provide solutions for the management of radioactive waste.  This represents a major multi-billion pound national infrastructure programme. RWM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority which is responsible under the Energy Act 2004, for the clean-up of the UK’s publicly owned civil nuclear legacy sites including the management of radioactive waste.

As part of the transition into delivering on RWM’s programme of activities, we require a Contact Services Coordinator who will lead in the design and development of an integrated customer services contact centre. This is a pivotal role in our strategic goal of effective and relevant to our stakeholder engagement strategy, which aligns the cultural strategy of RWM with the contact centre as part of a considerable transformational journey.

With a background in managing and delivering customer service operations, you will support the development, procurement and implementation of the infrastructure including the mobilisation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  You will also shape, develop and sustain an environment and culture which is aligned to the values and aspiration of RWM and ensures and end to end customer experience that communities and stakeholders interested in discussing the siting of the GDF retain a positive engagement.

Closing date for applications is: Wednesday 25th July 2018
