Tearfund's Global Fundraising Group are looking for a skilled, unique, passionate and highly experienced leader to join them as Head of African and Caribbean Engagement (ACE).
Now more than ever they are excited about the future as they continue to work with partners around the world and churches across the UK, following Jesus where the need is greatest.
They are developing a brand new platform ‘The Well' that seeks to work with Black Majority Churches specifically, creating a unified space where the future of international development can be reimagined.
This senior position is an incredible opportunity for you to lead the team that will effectively engage with our growing community of Black Majority Churches within the UK and shape the direction and strategy for Tearfund in this area.

Working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to
work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the
line manager. This is a full-time role
and the salary is £64,416 per annum.
The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding issues. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
