When we founded Rockpools, our aspiration was simple: to be an admired global brand, retaining our difference, thoughtful challenge and ethical approach, whilst growing our reach and depth in key markets.
Our values are integral to the way we work and, I believe, to our continuing success. Whether we are partnering large-scale organisational change or recruiting to that one vital post, we are as ambitious for our clients as they are. As the global agenda changes, people are increasingly looking for a creative, flexible service that incorporates transformational change, leadership development and bespoke recruitment, fortified by thoughtful input and creative output.
I have worked in senior search and selection for over 12 years, having started out with a number of my Rockpools colleagues at PricewaterhouseCoopers. The focus of my work has been in socio-economic infrastructure and urban development, with a particular emphasis on the public-private interface, retaining the right talent and skills to shape sustainable futures.
I have always strived to develop in-depth understanding of both our clients requirements and candidates aspirations and I hope that my commitment to values-driven outcomes, which stretches back to my earlier career in social policy and consumer advocacy, ensures your experience of Rockpools is meaningful.
