Robert Taiwo recruited as Managing Director of Phillips Consulting

Rockpools was retained by Phillips Consulting to undertake a full search and selection campaign for the new Managing Director and the subsequent appointments of two Associate Partners.

Founded in 1992 & headquartered in Nigeria, Philips Consulting are a leading business and management consulting firm, serving clients across Africa through offices in Lagos & Abuja. They are a leading provider of transformation, technology and outsourcing services. Rockpools have recently appointed Robert Taiwo as the new Managing Director. Robert is a senior business leader, with over 20 years global experience. He specialises in solving complex strategy, transformation and IT challenges for leading organisations and has a portfolio of high profile assignments delivered across Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Utilities, FMCG and Central Government. 

Subsequently, Rockpools also appointed Foyinsola Akinjayeju as Associate Partner Strategy and Olawanle Moronkeji as Associate Partner HR.
